Description

1. Install snow jacks in the slate roof along the south side and over the dining hall doors of building 6. (10L/ 60LF/ 10LF) 2. Raise grade to bottom of existing terracotta drains at building connectors (3 CY) 3. Install drainage swale along sidewalk adjacent south side of building 6. Remove two 6' x 12' concrete walk sections at approximate location of existing downspout boots and install blanket drains sloping toward the swale above,terminate downspouts from gutter on south side of building at the two blanket drains. Remove section of walk at low point (near fire hydrant) and install a blanket drain that slopes toward the terracotta pipe. Cap blanket drains with new concrete walk. (Approx. 225 SF) 4. Bid shall include all labor, all materials, cleanup and removal of debris associated with the project. 5. Certificate of insurance shall accompanh the bid. 6. Project shall be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner. 7. Contractor shall keep work areas clean and free of hazards. 8. All work shall be done on site, between the hours of 7AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday.
