- Description
- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition. The required service is to provide 2003 Ethnic Newswatch 2000 Web Edition W-2001A (or latest update), one (1) year subscription, complete collection with 5 simultaneous users. This service will be conducted at Patrick AFB, FL. Period of performance is 01 Nov 2002 - 31 Oct 2003. Four one-year options may be awarded. The Government intends to award on a sole source basis to ProQuest Information and Learning. Proquest Information and Learning is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement since they are the only company that offers a full-text multi-periodical diversity product covering areas of interest to the DEOMI staff and students. Solicitation No. F08650-03-T-0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 2741, business size of 500 employees and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 511140. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued on or about 10 Oct 02. The solicitation will not be posted electronically, but this office will provide a copy to any firm requesting one. Anticipated award date will be on or around 31 Oct 02.
