Description

Sources Sought Notice. The Headquarters, Air Force Services Agency, Amusement Branch, is in need of a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) windows-based, Ethernet networked system designed to collect data and report slot machine accounting transactions and events. It is the Government?s desire to do a no-cost demo/test of available COTS software for a 30-60 days period to evaluate software performance. A copy of the Statement of Requirement can be downloaded from our web site http://www.afnafpo.com/www-r/defaultframeset.htm. All interested parties will submit: 1) a point by point analysis of how your system meets our specifications as described in the RFQ; and 2) complete hardware configuration needed to run your system, network diagrams, reference sites, points of contacts, and phone numbers of customers currently using your system. The information received will be considered confidential and will not be disclosed without the express written consent of the supplier. This notice does not express or implies the intent to purchase any service or to enter into a contractual agreement; however, the Air Force Nonappropriated Fund Purchasing Office AFNAFPO reserves the right to issue a Nonappropriated Fund Purchasing Agreement ?NPA? based on the information received. Any information provided will be at no cost to the Government. If interested, please submit the information requested above no later than close of business 11 October 2002. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through sales of goods and services and the collections of fees and charges for participation in military community programs.
