- Description
- The purpose of this announcement is to seek competent and qualified Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB) who are expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as 8(a) contractors to remove and replace a membrane roof manufactured by Carlisle; remove and replace three Carrier Rooftop units with identical Carrier units; remove and replace the existing skylight (new roof curbs are included with the government furnished equipment) at the FAA Base Building Facility, Peterson Field, Colorado, Springs, Colorado. The estimated range of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The performance period is 30 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The Request for Proposals (RFP) package is expected to be available on or about September 17, 2002, and the closing date of approximately September 27, 2002.
