Description: The synopsis has been changed to reflect a new date for the RFP to be issued, prepropsal date and start of performance. HQ AMC/DOYR anticipates issuing an RFP no later than 10 March 2003 for Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services for Air Mobility Command at Kuwait International Airport, Kuwait. Performance will be from 01 Oct 2003 to 30 September 2004. There will also be Four Option years and Five Award Options; for a possible 10 year contract. Pre-proposal site visit at Kuwait International Airport, Kuwait is scheduled for 31 March 2003. Actual times will be posted as agenda/itinerary becomes available.
