Description: NA This is a combined synopsis / solicitaiton. No other solicitation will be issued. Period of performance, date of award thru 30 September 2003. Contractor must furnish all parts, labor and materials for IOS software updates as they become available. Replace ment of parts delivered within 24 hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contractor must provide full access to Cisco Conneciton Online (CCO). Contractor must provide Ciso Global Technical Assitance 24 hours a day seven days a week. Service is to bid on a monthly basis. Intrested bidders may request a copy of the Cisco Equipment requiring service from Contract Specialist, Mary Burgstrum at burgstrm@usarso.army.mil
