Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, no other solicitation will be issued. This is a nonpersonnel service, the contractor is required to provide preventative maintenance and hardware repair service for unclassified and classified networks on Hewlett P ackare file servers. Next day service required (within 24hours) , on-site limited warranty from HP or authorized resellers (standard business hours), to include replacement of parts. Pre-failure warranty on critical components. Software and systems support required. Period of performance is date of award thru 30 September 2003. Contractors should price on a monthly basis. Intrested bidders may obtain a listing of the equipment requiring service from the contract specialist, Mary Burgstrum at burgstrm@usarso .army.mil
