- Description
- The Trident Refit Facility Technical Library at Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA requires internet/web based subscription services for various military and industry standards, and vendor catalog data for a base period of nine months commencing 1 January 2003 through 30 September 2003 with one (1) one-year option period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 518111. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to award to other than the lowest price offeror in accordance with the best value criteria stated in the solicitation. The Government intends to use FAR Part 12 for the acquisition. The Government anticipates issuing the Solicitation Package on or about 18 October 2002. The contractor is responsible for obtaining the solicitation, amendments, and any other documentation from the Federal Business Opportunities Website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://www.eps.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
