- Amendment 0002 to Solicitation SP0600-02-R-0098: A. All offerors are reminded to acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0002 as stated in Block 11 of Standard Form 30. B. For all line items except 4803 -Army Reserves, the Government will entertain offer prices that include only the competitive retail charges (commodity only offers). The TDSP charges for all accounts except the Army Reserves will be a direct ?pass through? charge. For the Army Reserve line items 4803a ? 4803ag the Government requires a ?delivered price?. Offer prices for the Army Reserves accounts must include all competitive retail and TDSP charges. C. There shall be no ?out of cycle? meter reads permitted. The delivery period for any contract resulting from this solicitation will begin with the regularly scheduled utility meter read date in January 2003. D. All offerors proposing to supply power generated from a renewable resource solar, wind, biomass, etc., must identify the source of that power, must have procedures/policies in place to certify the power as renewable, and be able to provide some type of documentation to the individual installations detailing the source and the quantity of renewables supplied. E. Line Items 4802a, 4802c, 4802e, 4802g, and 4802h for the Navy Reserves have been revised to reflect 12 months of data. Reference Navy Reserves.xls and Attachment III. F. Line Items 4803a, 4803b, 4803c, and 4803d have been revised to reflect 12 months of data. Reference Army Reserves.xls and Attachment III. G. The ESI-ID numbers for Goodfellow AFB on Attachment III have been changed to match the correct ESI-ID numbers on spreadsheet Goodfellow AFB.xls. H. All line items for Sheppard AFB have been revised to reflect 12 months of data. The ESI-ID number for Line Item 4809e is changed from 5423835 to 5423897 on Attachment III. Reference Sheppard AFB.xls and Attachment III. I. Line Item 4810c for Naval Station Ingleside has been revised to reflect 12 months of data. The ESI-ID number for Line Item 4810h has been changed from 100327894481110791 to 10032789451971316 and revised to reflect 12 months of data. Reference NS Ingleside.xls and Attachment III. J. Line Item 4812g for Naval Air Station Kingsville has been revised to reflect 12 months of data. Reference NAS Kingsville.xls and Attachment III. K. Regarding clause 6 Extension Provisions on page 7 of the solicitation, for this solicitation all line items will be awarded on a Firm-Fixed price basis and as such paragraph (b) of clause 6 will apply to any resulting contracts. Q. Meter read dates have been provided for the interval metered accounts. See individual installation spreadsheets for updates. R. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
