- GSA MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE SOLICITATION NUMBER 7FXP-D4-01-0539-B. The General Products Center, Fort Worth, TX, ACTIVELY SOLICITS OFFERS FROM 8(A) FIRMS FOR THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES FOUND UNDER THIS MAS SOLICITATION. Search using Solicitation Number 7FXP-D4-01-0539-B (include the dashes). The Solicitation is entitled ?Schedule 539 ? Solutions and More (SAM); Your Source for Recreational, Hospitality, Law Enforcement, Facilities, Industrial and Environmental Services and Products.? The Basic solicitation includes clauses which are applicable to the solicitation/resultant contract. The basic solicitation has 33 attachments. Attachments 1-25 are product/services attachments; Attachment 26 addresses small business subcontracting/plan; Attachment 27 addresses commercial services subject to the Service Contract Act; Attachment 28 addresses Temporary Support Services; Attachment 29 contains full text of clauses incorporated by reference; Attachment 30 contains information, to be used after contract award, for modifications to add items or to request EPAs; Attachment 31 contains information for modifications to add overseas delivery to existing contracts; Attachment 32 is used to exercise the option to extend the term of the contract; and Attachment 33 addresses Leasing and Rental services. Offers must complete and return the basic solicitation and all attachments applicable to the product/services which they intend to offer. Attachment 29 should not be returned. This is a standing solicitation with no closing date for receipt of offers. The Federal Supply Schedule period is continuous, and will contain contracts with periods that commence on the date of award (DOA) and expire five years (exclusive of any options) from the DOA unless further extended pursuant to any option to extend the term of the contract, or cancelled sooner. This solicitation contains an option clause, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (Evergreen), which allows the Government to extend the contract three additional five-year periods, not to exceed a total of twenty years. All contracts will be indefinite delivery?indefinite quantity contracts with a $2500 guaranteed minimum for the contract period. All contracts to be awarded include Industrial Funding Fee provisions. The Trade Agreements clause applies to this solicitation. Small Business Set-Aside provisions are addressed in the individual product/services attachments to the solicitation.
