- In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the repair of the following: NSN 2935-01-024-5369, PN 160024-2-1, NOUN Repair -Aircraft Engine Oil Cooler Internal Cleaning and Carbon Removal applicable F16 aircraft. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists.
