Description

NA The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract to Repair #2 water well BLDG. 1205 Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia (HAAF). Work consist of but is not limited to the following: 1) Pull, disassembly and inspect the existing pump equipment in BLDG. 1205 (HAAF); 2) Replace the existing equipment to include 140 feet of 10? X 1 ? ? water lubricated column assembly; 3) Bail and remove the existing spent in the well, video the entire casing and open hole; 4) The contractor shall remove the existing oil an d place it in a sealed drum, which in turn shall be given to the government for testing and disposal by the government; 5) The contractor will insure that all new and reinstalled equipment is disinfected before being lowered into the well, as well as disin fections of the well itself as per The State of Georgia Rules for Safe Drinking Water (391-3-5, Section .07) and the AWWA Standard C654; 6) Remove and dispose of all debris associated with this project from the job site and dispose of off government proper ty. SIC code is 1623 and the NAICS code is 234910. The size standard is $28,500.00. Performance time is 45 calendar days. This project is UNRESTRICTED. All responsible businesses that submit a proposal will be considered. The magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
