ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS: This is a Notice of Intent that the National Institutes of H ealth under the authority of 41 USC 2253(c)(1) intends to ne gotiate and award on a sole source basis to Diagnostic Produ cts Corporation (DPC) for test kits, controls, reagents and consumables for one year. The kits to be provided are be us ed with DPC Immulite 2000 instruments and the estimated quan tities range from three(3) to three hundred and thirty three (333) kits. All responses must be written and received wit hin 15 calendar days from the published date of this notice. Address to Margaret Yang at the address above. A statemen t of work is available upon request. This notice of intend is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no sol icitation document. Concerns that respond to this notice wi ll be considered only if furnishing clear and convincing doc umentation demonstrating their ability to meet at a minimum the stated requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award is base upon responses to this notice and solely within the discretion of the Governm ent.
