Description

NA The work consists of Design/Build C-130J Maintenance Hanger approximately 6,085 square meters, associated site work and utilities. The work also includes construction of a two building Liquid Oxygen Storage Compound approximately 91 square meters, associa ted site work and utilities. The project will include architectural, civil, landscaping, structural, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, telecommunications, and environmental design and construction phases. The estimated project duration is approxim ately 540 calendar days. It is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 233310 and the annual size standard is $28.5 million. Estimated magnitude of work is between $10 - 25 Million. Iss ue date for solicitation will be on or about November 4, 2002. This project is unrestricted. The solicitation will be available on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and provided free of charge. IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format. Registration for plans and specifications SHOULD BE MADE via our Internet Homepage https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil this will ensure each plan holder receives notif ication of amendments to the solicitation as they are issued. Request may be made in writing to Little Rock Distict, Corps of Engineers, P.O.
