Description

The U.S. Government is interested in leasing office and related space in Macon, GA suitable for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. REQUIRED: Approximately 6,171 contiguous ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Offer must be for space in a quality building of sound, substantial construction and location shall embody a professional image. All services, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following area: North: Arkwright Road (Exit 56 and I-75), South: Highway 74, East: Ocmulgee River, West: I-475. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, beginning on May 21, 2003.
