- It is HUD's intention to award a purchase order for one year to a contractor who shall perform on-site interior and exterior Field Review of Appraisals completed by appraisers on the FHA roster in the states of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Montana. The contractor including any of its employees, subcontractors or consultants performing the work under this purchase order shall possess an appraiser's licensing or certification for the state which the property is located. The licensing requirement may be met through reciprocity only to the extent permitted by State law. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-SEP-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 08-OCT-2002.
