Description: Loose Ends Rehab, St. Joe Ranger District consisting of watershed restoration work primarily on existing roads or parts of existing roads. Work includes obliterating existing roads partial recontouring of the original roadbed, and restoration of stream channels by removing associated fills, removing culverts and construction of gradient control structures. The work may also include placing roads into long-term storage by decompacting or shaping the surface, removing culverts, restoring stream channels and constructing water bars. Estimated price range between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work of November 1, 2002, mandatory completion of 1.5 mile road in Catspur area no later then November 15, 2002 with final completion prior to October 14, 2003.
