- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is FE441822700178 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 451110 with a $6.0 million size standard. This is a Brand Name request for Monark 839E Ergomedic bikes. Line Item 0001, Monark 839E Ergomedic fitness testing bikes, quantity four, to include shipping costs.
