- PR: FPG02144000197 This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1560-00-601-9207; Tank, Lubricating Oil, Aircraft. The OEM Cessna Aircraft Co. Cage 71379. Approved sources include Arinc Inc. Cage 0PN76; American Fuel Cell & Coated Fabrics Cage 05476; AIW Alton Inc. Cage 84027; Missile Systems Inc. Cage 60039; GSE Dynamics Inc. Cage 29183; Senior Flexonics Inc. Cage 98769; Uniroyal Plastics Co. Inc. Cage 00333. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB Origin with I/A Origin. 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Requested Delivery is 120 DARO. ?Government Tooling Applies? This requirement is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control applies. First Article Government Testing is required. Sample size 1 LT. If approved will not be returned to the contractor. DSCR intends to award as a firm-fixed price type contract for a quantity of 4 each. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable and will not be considered in the evaluation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
