Description

THIS SYNOPSIS WAS PREVIOUSLY POSTED AS F29651-02-T-0477. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation or commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Award set aside: 100% Small Business. NAICS Code 811111. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is $6,000,000. Item Description: Preventive maintenance on MHE equipment (See solicitation and Statement of Work for a complete description of items.) All items to be awarded in the aggregate. Performance period will be from the date of award date through 30 Sep 03. Work is to be accomplished at Holloman AFB, NM and Biggs Army Airfield, Fort Bliss, TX. Offers must contain a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offer Representations and Certifications. The offeror is required to provide their Contractor?s Duns Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code with their offer. The CAGE code entered must be for the name and address provided by the contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR). Lack of registration in CCR will make an offeror ineligible for the award. Contact CCR at 1-888-352-9333, however a DUNS number must be known prior to registration. Call Dun and Bradstreet at 1-888-546-0024 to verify or apply for a DUNS number. Information concerning FAR clauses can be obtained at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Quotations in response to this solicitation should be faxed to (505) 572-7333. Quotations must be received on or before 18 Oct 02 4:30 PM, Pacific Daylight Time.
