Description
THIS RFP NUMBER FOR MK-84 IM HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM F08635-02-R-0175 TO F08635-03-R-0014. The Air Armament Center, Precision Strike System Program Office, AAC/WMG is conducting an Industry Day and One-on-One sessions to discuss the upcoming acquisition for the Insensitive Munition (IM) Compliant (MIL-STD-2105B) General Purpose (GP) MK-84 Bomb. Industry Day will be held on Tuesday, 29 Oct 2002. One-on-One sessions will be held Tuesday, 29 Oct 2002 and Wednesday, 30 Oct 2002 (* if required). Industry Day will be held at 250 West D Avenue, Building 350, Room 465 (Fourth Floor), Eglin AFB, FL and One-on-One sessions location to be determined. All interested parties for the Industry Day and One-on-One sessions should send a written request to Steve Taylor, Contract Specialist, at fax number (850) 882-0877 or via e-mail at steven.taylor@eglin.af.mil or to Jammie Murray, Lead Acquisition Suppport, at fax number (850) 882-2545 or via e-mail at jamison.murray@eglin.af.mil . In order to fully accommodate requests to attend, please submit the request no later than 23 Oct 2002. Due to space limitations, each potential offeror is highly encouraged to limit their team size to no more than five (5) members. The One-on-One sessions are being offered to provide participants the opportunity to talk with Government personnel. There will be no material presented by the Government in the One-on-One sessions. The Government has currently scheduled the One-on-One sessions for one (1) hour. The Industry Day and One-on-One sessions will assist the Government in acquisition planning and the consequent source selection structure. One-on-One sessions will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.
