Description

The Family Advocacy/EFMP Specialist shall implement a wide range of education and prevention strategies to assist commanders, soldiers, family members and Department of the Army Civilians (DACs) in the prevention of spouse and child abuse. The programs will include unit training, civilian personnel training, community-wide activities and programs to youth of all ages. The Contractor shall provide direct services to family members enrolled in the Exceptional Family Member Program as outlined in AR 608-75. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
