NSN: 5945-01-101-9685, PRON AX2F0405, Part Number 70550-02049-102, Quantity: Min 1200/ Max 8000 each, 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity , applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk, F.O.B. origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX . This it em is restricted to Leach Intl Inc (Vendor Code 58657), Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (78286) and Deutsch Relays Inc (Vendor Code 99699). This part must be acquired from the manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing a s defined by the current version of DOD-STD- 100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DOD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review disclosures that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be econ omically obtained. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redston e.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. ?This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be relea sed outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to closing date sta ted above.
