Description

NA The Batallion Dining Facility will be a 1226 SM slab on-grade structure, with load-bearing concrete block walls, brick veneer on all exterior walls, standing seam metal roof, and anodized aluminum thermopane windows. The project will include site improvements, loading dock, demolition of two buildings, and a parking lot. The facility will provide a main serving line, a short order serving line, and a consolidated salad, desert, and beverage area. Floor seating should allow 280 people at one time. All necessary items for food preparation and storage will be included. Furniture is not included in this procurement. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 31 OCT 02. Bid Opening date is 3 DEC 02 at 2:00 p.m. Louisville local time. This project is available on compact disk or web only. Project sp ecification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Source View Reader. Both readers are contai ned in the solicitation package. Minimum system requirements are: 486- based personal computer, Microsoft Windows 3.1 or greater, 8 MB application RAM, 4 MB hard disk space, and compact disk drive.
