Description

This amendment is issued to a previous notice and provides additional information on the solicitation. Attachments have been added to provide Questions and Answers that have arisen during the RFP procesing including the preproposal workshop held September 25, 2002; Description of projects that have been accomplished or are in the process of being accomplished by the Collaborative Program; and A file to be used by proposers of the Program Management work as a background information for the type of work needed. Do not follow the format of the Work Order for a Program Management Proposal. Utilize a format similar to the Water Acquisiion and Mangement Template. The web page for this information is www.uc.usbr.gov. On the right hand side click on Information, then click on Contracting Opportunities. Then on the right hand side under Solicitations click on Available. Scroll down until you reach Grants & Cooperative Agreements. Go down a little farther until you see NEW solicitation 03-SP-40-2005. Keep scrolling down after the description and you will see: Attachment 4, Attachment 5, Attachment 6, Attachment 7, Attachment 8. The NAICS code for this is 541710 for Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences area.
