- Description
- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT seeks to lease Office Space. The Federal Government has a requirement to lease office space consisting of approximately 8,000 - 10,300 rentable square feet in Missoula, Montana. The space must be contiguous on one floor at or above grade. Rentable space must yield approximately 7,500 - 9,000 occupiable (usable) square feet for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, must not lie within the 100 year plain, and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state, and federal levels as they may apply. Such space shall be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2003. The Government is seeking a lease term of 10 years with the first 5 years being firm. The initial tenant will be Forest Service Content Analysis Team (FSCAT). Historic buildings are highly encouraged to offer. Only properties that meet or are capable of meeting the above criteria will be considered for this procurement.
