Description

REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration (GSA) Is Interested In Leasing Approximately 2,760 Net Rentable Square Feet Which Will Produce Approximately 2,400 BOMA Usable Square Feet With 3 Reserved Places for Official Vehicles And 5 Visitor Parking Spaces. A Minimum of 13 Parking Places Is To Be Provided For Employees Located Within A Half-Block Of The Office For The GSA Federal Technology Service. DESIGNATED AREA: North: Loop 1604; East: Interstate 35; South: Loop 410; West: U.S. Highway 281; Prefer North Part of U.S. Highway 281 Allowing For Easy Access On And Off U.S. Highway 281 For Government Customers And Industry Partners. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Space To Be Contiguous; Need Plenty Of Free Parking For Customers (Covered Parking Preferred); US Mail or Federal Express Drop Boxes To Be Located In The Building; 24 Hour Key Card Access With An On-Site Guard EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1.) Building Name and Address; 2) Square Footage Offered, 3) Method of Measurement Used to Determine Rentable Square Feet, 4) Name, Address, and Telephone Number of Individual to be Contacted, 5) Evidence of Authority to Represent the Owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In No Event Shall The Offeror Enter Into Negotiations Concerning the Space to be Leased With Representatives of Federal Agencies Other Than The Officers and Employees of the General Services Administration.
