Description
AFRL/IFSF is still soliciting and accepting Type 1 Technology white papers under PRDA 00-06-IFKPA Effects Based Operations (EBO) Advanced Technology Demonstration (ATD). For FY03, AFRL/IFSF is particularly interested in fusion applications which support effects based campaign planning and assessment. This includes Cross Domain Ontology development, Knowledge Based Modeling, JDL Levels 2, 3 and 4 Fusion, and Deception and Denial techniques and counter-techniques. More specifically, Technology White papers should focus on the following: The design, development, testing and delivery of a suite of synergistic fusion based applications which assess the current state of completion in a strategy defined by the Effects Based Operations (EBO) Strategy Development Tool. The strategy must be continuously assessed, and decision quality information produced so that a commander may weigh the costs and benefits of dynamically scheduling each step in the strategy plan. Applications must interact directly with the EBO Campaign Assessment Tool (CAT) and provide situational awareness information requested by the CAT. Interaction with the ISR Manager is required to insure collection requirements are planned and scheduled to meet the assessment timeline. All software components must be Adaptive Sensor Fusion (ASF) compliant components. White papers which propose contractor teaming is encouraged and preferred. Questions may be directed to Mr Ed Starczewski, AFRL/IFEA, 315-330-7127 or Ms Carolyn Sheaff, AFRL/IFEA, 315-330-7147. This PRDA is open and effective until 30 October 2004.
