Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a request for quotation. This is a total small business set aside: NAICS: 488490; Size Standard: $6.0. There is one line item 0001 Remove and Replace Vehicle Scale in Building 933 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work dated 10 Oct 02. Delivery Date is 30 days within award date. Deliver is FOB Destination, Holloman AFB NM. Department of Labor Wage Determination 1994-2511, Revision 21 applies to this acquisition (attached). Contractor Cage Code must be provided with quote. Contractor must be CCR registered. All quotes must include all applicable taxes including New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax. Quotes must include a delivery/installation date and must meet all specifications as defined in the Statement of Work. Quotations are due by Noon, Local Time, 21 October 2002. Quotes must be either faxed to 505-572-2107 (attention: Elesha Gentry) or may be emailed to elesha.gentry@holloman.af.mil. Please call for confirmation of receipt of quote.
