Description: The project consists of constructing a foundation and furnishing and erecting a metal pre-engineered building at the Willow Creek Work Center. Project is located 5 miles northwest of downtown Prescott, Arizona. Contract time is 180 calendar days. Solicitation will be issued and posted on FedBizOps on or about October 31, 2002 with bids due on December 4, 2002. Bid Guarantee, performance and payment bonds are required. Price range is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS Code 233320 applies. Small Business Size Standard is $28.5 million. Project will be procured on an unrestricted basis.
