- The above referenced combine Synopsis/Solicitation posted on October 3, is amended to a)include the address of the seven fitness centers and b)extend the due date for the receipt of quotes. The fitness centers are as follows: 1) IRS, Health Improvement Fitness Center, 1111 Constitution Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20224; 2) FAA Fitness Center, 800 Independence Ave., SW, Washington, DC 20591; 3) HHS Fitness Center, 200 Independence Ave., SW, Washington, DC 20201; 4) US Secret Service, Physical Training Center, 930 H Street, Washington, DC 20001; 5) IRS, Health Improvement Fitness Center, 5000 Ellin Road, Lanham, MD 20706; 6) EPA Crystal Mall 2, 1921 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202 and 7) Ronald Regan Fitness Center, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave., Washington, DC 20229. If an offeror is interested, a complete listing of the equipment inventory for each of the seven fitness center may be obtained by sending an e-mail to the attention of Jacqueline Jones at jjones@psc.gov. Ms. Jones will then in turn fax the inventory listing. Please include you fax number. The due date for the receipt of quotes has been extended to October 21, 2002 at 5:00 p.m..
