Description
It is intended to process a Competitive, Unrestricted Firm Fixed Price solicitation for 193 First Article Silver-Zinc Battery Cells and Electrolyte Fill Kits, conforming to NAVSEA Drawing 7092537 (L/R) and NAVSEA Drawing 7092535 (L/R), to be used in the MK30 MOD 2 Mobile Anti-Submarine Warfare Target. BST Systems, Inc. (the only company qualified to manufacture Mk30 MOD 2 Silver-Zinc Battery Cells), is excluded in accordance with FAR 6.202(a)(1) and pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(b)(1)(A). The solicitation is anticipated to be released on the internet, on or about, 28 OCT 2002. The NAICS code is 335912 , 1,000 Employees.
