- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA), Hardware SuperStore intends to issue a formal solicitation for FSC 5133 Miscellaneous Hand Tools. The solicitation will result in a two year Requirements Term Contract, Indefinite Quantity Fixed Price contract with three one-year options with a initial base period of June 1, 2003 thru May 31, 2005 (the contract period is subject to change). This solicitation will contain requirements for twenty (20) NSN's in the FSC 5133. PLEASE DO NOT STATE YOUR PRICES IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment clause. Delivery will be FOB destination within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. The government would like to establish a 30-day delivery time frame. The solicitation will be advertised and available on FedBizOps on or about December 20, 2002. Award will be made to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder whose bid conforms to ALL of the solicitation requirements. If you are interested in bidding, please fill out the attached questionnaire. Your input will be used in an effort to improve and expand the competitive procurement process. The Item Purchase Descriptions (IPD's) for the twenty (20) stock items are being provided for your review. Any comments you would like to submit regarding the IPD's or our solicitation process should be included with your response to this questionnaire.
