- THIS MODIFICATION IS BIENG POSTED TO EXPAND THE DELINEATED AREA. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 12,118 rentable square feet yielding 10,537 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Moreno Valley, California. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. The building footprint / floorplate must not exceed a two to one (2:1) ratio. LOCATION: The U.S. government will be evaluating offers from the following three delineated areas within Moreno Valley, California: AREA 1: NORTH: Alessandro, EAST: Frederick, SOUTH: Cactus , WEST: Business Center Drive. AREA 2: NORTH: 60 Freeway, EAST: Frederick, SOUTH: Cottonwood, WEST: Day. AREA 3: NORTH: 60 Freeway, EAST: Heacock, SOUTH: Alessandro, WEST: Frederick. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy Spring 2003. Three on-site parking spaces are required (preferably reserved) with an additional 55 spaces available within two blocks. LEASE TERM: Term is 15 years, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 10 years.
