Description

REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 7,660 rentable square feet of office and related use space. Rentable square feet must yield 6,575 to 6,900 BOMA usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Space must be in a contiguous block on one level only. Space cannot be located on the first or top floor of any building. LOCATION: Property must be located within the Central Business Area (CBA) of Nashville, or must be on, within or fronting the following boundaries: North: Briley Parkway (Hwy 155); East: Briley Parkway; West: Briley Parkway; South: Whites Bridge Road, to Woodmont Boulevard, to Hillsboro Pike, to Murray Lane, to Franklin Pike, to Concord Road, to Edmondson Pike, to Nolensville Road back to Hwy 155. First consideration is given to properties located in the CBA Historic Districts and the CBA, in this order. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Space is required approximately July 1, 2003. Lease term will be ten (10) years, with five years firm, with cancellation rights for the Government. OWNERS/AGENTS: Agents must provide documentation showing their authority to represent NOT LATER THAN OCTOBER 28, 2002. PROPERTIES TO BE VIEWED BY THE GOVERNMENT ON OCTOBER 30, 2002.
