THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTIUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THIS SOLICITATION NUMBER IS SP0600-03-Q-0301. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09, 30 September 2002; DLAD Rev 5; and DEPI September 2002. This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 325120 and the size standard is 1000 employees.
