Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) proposes to negotiate on a sole source basis contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) with the University of Colorado for the continued research support for the Study of Violations of Einstein's Equivalence Principle. This is merely a disperse of funds that have already been awarded through a joint proposal by the University of Colorado and NIST from NASA. This procurement is being conducted per FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This synopsis is issued for information only. No competitive solicitation will be done.
