NA **TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED** FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONTACT CAROLYN GAY, CONTRACTING OFFICER, AMSAM-AC-LS- H, 256-955-9197. System: BRADLEY FIGHTING VEHICLE SYSTEM (BFVS), PRON: D12V0246, Nomenclature: Cooler Assembly, NSN: 1240-01-L11-5428, PN: 3271055-0401. This item has been identified by IMMC as having a potential for significant quantity fluctuation due to the custome r?s changing supply demand. As such, Incremental Quantity Program provisions will be included to reflect a minimum quantity of 69, a known quantity of 164, and a maximum quantity of 800. This proposed acquisition is for a requirements contract which will be segregated into five (5) program periods with orders to be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. However, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period. A quantity o f (2) two, Contractor Tested First Article required. Delivery schedule 155 days after contract award for submission and acceptance of test report. Production Delivery schedule 110 days after acceptance of test report. The closing date annotated is an est imated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are remin ded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified sources. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms, or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed. RFP WILL BE ISSUED TO LITTON SYSTEMS INC., LIFE SUPPORT DIVISION, 2734 HICKORY GROVE ROAD, DAVENPORT, IA 52804-1209 (VENDOR COD E 99251). All responsible sources may submit a bid/proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency, request solicitation package from address above, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-H, FAX Number 256-955-7737.
