Description

NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting environmental services firms to respond to this solicitation for a contract entitled DAMOS (Dredged Material Management Program) Program, Various Locations throughout New England and North Atlantic Division Ge ographical Boundaries. This will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity firm fixed price contract. The offeror will be evaluated on professional capabilities, previous experience with regard to the identification of scientific problems and approach to oceanographic data collection and analysis, environmental impact assessment ability and experience as it can be related to dredging and disposal issues. This will be a contract with a maximum $1,325,000.00 million dollar base period limit with two $1. 325 million dollar option periods. A minimum of $26,500.00 for the base period and $13,250 per option period is guaranteed. Oral presentations as well as written proposals will be included in this RFP. Solicitation shall be made available via the Intern et on or about 11/04/02. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541690. The Government may make award of a conforming proposal without discussions, if deemed to be within the best interests of the Government. Th is solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 (Public Law 100-656). No paper copies of the solicitation or amendments will be available. The firms interested must register to receive the solicitation. Registration instructions are available on the internet at http://www.nae.usace.army.mil as well as the media by which the solicitation will be made available. Amendments, if any, to this solicitation will be made available at this in ternet site. Neither telephonic, mailed nor fax requests will be accepted. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the New England District.
