Description

NAICS 541310/541330 - The original synopsis is modified as follows: The multiple firm-fixed priced contracts awarded will be for multiple zones within the United States as primary contract locations: Zone I - Alaska, Washington, Idaho; Zone II - Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota; Zone III - Michigan, New York; and Zone IV - Texas, New Mexico. Zones V and VI are being procured under Solicitation GS-07P-03-HHD-0004 subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program for full and open competition. All Zones not awarded to a successful A/E of one Zone will be considered as secondary geographical contract locations for performance. Successful A/E firms will be required to be licensed/registered within the States of the Zones awarded prior to the award of a contract. Faxed or electronic submittals are not accepted. All submittals are to be addressed to the Contracting Office Address stated in the original RFQ publication for this Solicitation. For Stage II, a Historic Preservation consultant or concern will be required. Under Stage I, (2) delete the words 'along the northern border'. Firms are not required to be geographically located, and are not required to have an active design production office, within any specific Zone to be considered for award of a contract. For procurement integrity purposes, any party or concern that participates in any of the contracts awarded under Solicitations GS-07P-02-HHD-0101 and GS-07P-02-HHD-0106 shall not be eligible for the award of a contract under this Solicitation and/or Solicitation GS-07P-03-HHD-0004. This modification does not extend the RFQ due date and time set and specified in the original synopsis/publication.
