Description

US GOVERNMENT SEEKS INFORMATION ON THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE IN KLAMATH FALLS, OREGON AMOUNT: Approximately 11,000 to 13,000 rentable square feet of space, yielding aminimum of 10,000 to 10,500 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space. LOCATION: Klamath County, Oregon REQUIREMENTS: Specific services, supplies, and tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Lease term will be for ten (10) years firm. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is desired nine (9) months from award or sooner. RESPONSES BY OTHER THAN OWNERS MUST INCLUDE WRITTEN AUTHORITY TO REPRESENT OWNERSHIP.
