Description

1) Note: Contact Points: 1) Lynn Intrepidi, Contracting Officer, 215/861-5501 2) Steve Adams, 215/861-5516, Contract Specialist. 2) Solicitation 3-JC-263-51 for the Blue Ridge Job Corps Center, Marion Va., will be available on FedBiz Ops and the Job Corps Web Site approximately May 23, 2002. The solicitation will appear on the internet at http://www.wdsc.org/jobcorps/regionalcontact.htm#2philadelphia. 3) The closing date for written Business Management Plans, Subcontracting Plans, and Staff Qualifications and Schedules will be o/a July 19, 2002; oral presentations will be required in Philadelphia the week of July 29, 2002. 4) A preproposal conference and site walk-thru are scheduled for June, 6, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. EST. 5) The resultant cost-plus-incentive-fee contract will run from January 1, 2003 through December 30, 2004, with three unilateral option years. 6) The average capacity of the Blue Ridge Job Corps Center is 200 students: 180 residential females; 10 nonresidential male and 10 nonresidential females. 7) The agency will consider proposals submitted by any responsible source.
