Description

NA This is a combined synopsis-solicitation for a Requirements Type Supply contract with 1-year base and two option years. Liner, Combustor P/N 12286890-1, NSN 2835-01-422-9131. End item applicable: AGT 1500 Gas Turbine Engine. The Government?s requiremen t is approximately 130 Each -- P/N 1228690-1 Combustor liners for fiscal year 03 to be delivered on a monthly schedule of approximately 12 per month. Estimated production requirements potentially will increase each year through FY 05 with an expected usage of 300 combustor liners per year. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Advance Turbine Engine Army Maintenance (ATEAM) , 741 Ray Road, Fort Riley, KS. Source is restricted to Stolper-Fabralloy Company, 2213 E. University Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85034, CT 0609 5, or Honeywell Inc., Defense & Space, 1300 W. Warner Road, Tempe, AZ 85285-2200. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity (U.S. Army Tank Command) in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet pr equalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Estimated cost of the proposed acquisition is between $1 and $5 million. However, all responsible sources may submit an offer, whi ch shall be considered by the Agency. This solicitation is prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation DAHA14 03 R 4001 is issued as an RFP. This is a solicitation document and incorporates provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. NAICS code is 333518. The provision at FA R 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (7/2002) applies to this acquisition. A completed-signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (2/2002) applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (5/2002) applies to this acquisition.
