- Description
- A/E Services, work shall include provision of all labor, materials and any other items necessary to survey and develop a report of existing conditions and recommended corrections to deficiences and a design package including working drawings and specification for corrections as prioritized and allowed by budget constraints. Design shall be in strict compliance with all applicable codes and VA regulations. Correct electrical deficiencies and make electrical improvements throughout the facility, to include replacement of fire pump controllers/ATS's. All corrections are to meet the latest National Electrical Code standards. All work will be located at the VA Medical Center, Lebanon, PA. NAICS code is 541310. Estimated construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Area of consideration is limited to a 100 mile raduis of VAMC, Lebanon, PA. Completion time is 120 days from contract award. Interested firms must submit forms SF 254 and 255 to issuing office. This solicitation is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Competitiveness Demonstration Program(P.L. 100-656) Responses must be received by 2:00PM on 11/21/02. (See Numbered Note 24)This is NOT a request for proposal. There is NO solicitation package available.
