Description: Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for a the repair of X-Ray equipment to Philips Medical Systems. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made through an approved sole source justification letter.
