- (i) This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (ii) The incorporated document provisions and clauses are those in effect thought Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. The associated NAICS code is 333518 and this acquisition has been 100% small business set-aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (iii) The solicitation number is FE500022730365 and it is a request for quote. (iv) The solicitation is a Brand Name or Equal as prescribed under FARS 52.211-6.
