Description: NA Wiesbaden Contracting Center (WCC) intends to competitively award an Indefinite Quantities (IDQ)-type contract. Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) has a valid and continuing requirement for the repair and maintenance of food service equipment and facilities for approximately 45 commissaries (Supermarkt) and one meat market plant located throughout Germany. The contract will be awarded for a base year period with two consecutive priced options of one-year each for its extension. In addition, the contract may be extended by Award Term up to an additional two years due to good performance. The total contract potential period is 5 years. Award will be made by Area, consisting of commissaries within five geographical locations as specified in the solicitation. More than one Area may be awarded to a single offeror. The required services include installation, removal, exchange, disposal, transportation, automated inventory control, repair parts management, hazardous waste removal (freon, oil, etc.). Equipment f or maintenance and repair include, among others, meat cutting equipment, refrigeration units, air-conditioning units, ovens, forklifts, lighting, exhaust hoods, and boilers (steam). Repair of facilities may include interior plumbing, walls, loading docks, floor coverings, exterior electric and exterior/interior painting, grease/oil separators and sludge traps. Technical proposals are required for submission in addition to the priced offers to ensure contractor?s capability to perform the requirements in Ge rmany.
