- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct and install water pipelines, valves, vents, troughs, roadway crossings, storage tanks, and other appurtenances to complete water systems. Work under this Contract is located in Chaves, Eddy, and Lincoln Counties, New Mexico. Bonds will be required. This is a 100% Hubzone Set-Aside. The Government Estimate is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizops.gov. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about November 1, 2002. See Numbered Note 27.
