- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number 6TSA-03-JMT-0023 is being issued as a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. This procurement is for the following: CLIN 1: Model 56000,Data Rate Clock and Distribution system with #560-197-2, Chassis with Dual 90-264 Vac Power Supplies, #560-5179-1, Fault Monitor CPU, #560-5187-1F, CUP I/O, all required blank rear and front panels. Configuration and test, QTY. 4; CLIN 2: #560-5170, N.8, 6 programmable outputs, QTY. 8; CLIN 3: #560-5141-3, Triaxial Connectors (BJ-77 three lug connectors), for items #2 & #7, QTY. 12; CLIN 4: #560-5155-1, 1,5,10 MHz, 6 Sinewave Outputs, QTY. 8; CLIN 5: #560-5141-1, BNC Connectors, QTY. 8; CLIN 6: #560-5279, Network Interface Card, QTY. 4; CLIN 7: #560-5153, T1/E1 Telecommunication Interface, QTY.4; CLIN 8: #560-5197, T1/E1 AMI Output Siliom (for item #7) 6 per card, QTY 24; SYSTEM SPARES: CLIN 1(b): #560-5155-1, 1,5,10 MHz 6 Sinewave Outputs, QTY. 4; CLIN 2 (b): #560-5141-1, BNC Connectors, QTY. 4; CLIN 3 (b): N.8 6 Programmable Outputs, QTY.4; CLIN 4(b): #560-5141-3, Triaxial Connectors (BJ-77 three lug connectors), QTY.8; CLIN 5 (b): #560-5179-1, Fault Monitor/CPU, QTY 4; CLIN 6(b): #560-5217, Power Supply 90-264 VAC, QTY.4; CLIN 7 (b): #560-5153, T1/E1 Telecommunication Interface, QTY. 4; CLIN 8(B): #560-5197, T1/E1 AMI Output Siliom for item 7b, 6 per card, QTY 24; CLIN 1 (c): Service, one year extended service contract (all items including spares). This requirement is for Ft. Monmouth, NJ. Please include all requirements on quotations. No partial quotes. No substitutions. Indicate FOB destination on quote (shipping included in price). The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation is based on best value including past performance, cost and ability to meet service requirements. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition to the guidance contained in FAR 52.212-4, contractors shall submit proof of delivery with their invoices. Proof of delivery may be in the form of a bill of lading or other shipping document signed by the receiving office. Invoices received without proof of delivery will not be accepted. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
