Description: The National Science Foundation intends to procure on a sole-source basis from the Institute for Social Research (ISR) at the University of Michigan additional survey support services to collect information about public attitudes toward and understanding of science and technology. Rather than funding an entire survey for this limited purpose, NSF plans to add questions to an existing survey collecting high-quality national data and a management system in place to do so. This announcement is for informational purposes only; no solicitation will be released.
